AI Capabilities by Human Confirmation

The Registry records whether available evidence establishes that a human must confirm an AI capability’s operation before execution. This view groups current Registry records by their recorded human confirmation state. Confirmation is recorded separately from whether a capability can take actions, what permissions it uses, or whether it can act outside its immediate product.

“Not publicly established” does not mean that confirmation is absent. It means the public evidence reviewed by the Registry does not establish the answer.

Human confirmation is only one property of an AI capability. The confirmation classification does not by itself establish whether the capability can take actions, whether those actions affect external systems, whose permissions the capability uses, whether it is enabled by default, whether it operates on a schedule, or whether it is safe or appropriate for a particular organisation. These properties remain separate where the Registry has evidence.
