Genies combine an AI model and job description, a chat interface (Slack, Microsoft Teams or Workato GO), knowledge bases and skills built from Workato workflows and recipes. Workato Genies (pre-built genies) are not a separate product. Workato MCP servers, Workato GO action execution and AgentX support agents are not represented here.
